Care instructions

To keep your garments looking great wash after wash, follow these tips:

  • Turn scrubs inside out before washing.
  • Machine wash up to 60°C with similar colours.
  • Avoid bleach and detergents containing colour brighteners.
  • Tumble dry on low heat without dryer sheets.
  • Iron on low heat, inside-out. Put a cover/towel over the scrub when ironing.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • We advise to wash items separately and always wash before first wear.

Delivery Time

Order before 10 am, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch and next working day delivery (in-stock items, excluding embroidery).

Orders placed after 10 am are typically delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Out-of-stock items may take 2-3 weeks. Embroidered items take 4-7 working days.

Returns Policy

Unused items can be returned within 90 days in 'as new' condition. Sale items can only be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt; exchanges are not available on sale items. Scrub hats, socks, face masks, embroidered items, and special order items are non-returnable.
