How much is delivery within Ireland?

You can choose from one of the following delivery options to Ireland:

  • Standard Delivery - €4.99 
  • Tracked Delivery - €6.99
  • Click and Collect - Free

 

Delivery Time

Order before 10 AM, Monday to Friday
In-stock items without embroidery will be dispatched the same day and are usually delivered the next working day.


Order after 10 AM
Your order will typically arrive within 2–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Backorder items
If an item ison backorder, please allow an additional 2–3 working days for delivery.


Embroidered items
If you have added embroidery, please allow an additional 7-12 working days for delivery.

Click and Collect

Click and Collect orders can be collected from our Ballymount office once they are ready.

Order before 10AM for same-day collection on in-stock items.

You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for collection. As always, orders with embroidery require an additional 7-12 working days to process. Please have your order number to hand when you come to collect your order to enable us to locate it for you quickly.

Please note: we take a little midday break on Wednesdays from 12:00 - 12:30 PM for a team huddle, so Click & Collect won’t be available during that time.

 

Shipping Insurance

Once packages have been shipped, the postal service or the courier is responsible for delivery. We do not insure packages - if you would like your order insured, please request this when you check out.

 

Return Policy

Unused products can be returned for a refund for up to 90 days after purchase. The goods must be returned ‘as new’ in their original packaging including all tags, labels etc. Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you. Your refund will include the full value of the returned items less the cost of carriage from us to you. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Please note that scrub hats, socks, face masks, embroidered and special order items cannot be returned.

How to return your order

You can return your order using any carrier of your choice. Return postage is paid by the customer, so please ensure you choose a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Ireland and Northern Ireland customers can also use our DPD returns option for a flat fee of €5.99.

To return your parcel with DPD:

  1. Go to https://dpd.ie/Returns#/
  2. Continue as a Guest.
  3. Choose Happythreads Ltd. from the retailer drop-down list.
  4. Enter your reference number and reason for return.
  5. Select your parcel details. Regardless of box size, the standard return fee is €5.99.
  6. Complete payment.
  7. Select Print Label and attach the label securely to your return package.
  8. Complete the Happythreads Ltd. returns documentation and include it inside your parcel.

You can drop your return parcel at one of the DPD pick-up points located across Ireland. To find your nearest DPD pick-up point, visit the DPD website here: https://dpd.ie/Pickup.

When you drop off your parcel, you will receive a receipt with your tracking number. Please keep this receipt until your return has been processed.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued. Funds should reach your bank within 5–7 working days.

Special Orders (to order)

We offer the option of making special orders, these are not items that we carry in stock. These are marked (to order) and are normally dispatched 2-3 weeks after order. Please note that special orders cannot be returned.

 

Last Chance and Sale Items (special offers)

Please be aware that last chance and sale items can only be returned for a refund. No exchanges allowed. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
