Delivery
You can choose from one of the following delivery options to Ireland:
Standard Delivery - €4.99
Tracked Delivery - €6.99
Your parcel will arrive within 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order. If your order is out of stock it can take up between 3-4 weeks for you to receive your goods. If you have asked for embroidery you should allow an additional 3-4 weeks for your goods to be delivered. When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly to your inbox. A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel.

Click and Collect orders will usually be available for collection at our Ballymount office within 2 working days unless you have ordered an item that is out of stock. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for collection. As always, orders with embroidery require an additional 3-4 weeks to process. ORDER BEFORE 4PM FOR NEXT DAY COLLECTION.
Please have your order number to hand when you come to collect your order to enable us to locate it for you quickly.
Once packages have been shipped, the postal service or the courier is responsible for delivery. We do not insure packages - if you would like your order insured, please request this when you check out.
