We hope that you will be pleased with the items you select. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept any items in original condition within 28 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Customer is liable for costs of returning goods. Please allow 7 working days for us to receive and process your return. You will not be charged shipping and processing for the exchanged item(s).

Wrong Items Shipped or Damaged in Transit

For fastest service, call us at 01 868 4323 or e-mail us at wecare@happythreads.com with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it.

Refunds

If item is returned in new condition within 28 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, call us at 01 868 4323 and we will search for your order information.  If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return. Please note it can take your the bank between 7-10 working days to action this refund. If you ordered by check, your refund check will be sent to you via An Post.
