Delivery/Shipping Costs
There is a delivery charge of €6. Delivery is free for orders over €150.
Shipping Time
In most circumstances orders are shipped using the method indicated within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Please allow up to a week for delivery. Embroidered orders should allow an additional week for delivery.
Shipping Insurance
Once packages have been shipped, the postal service or the courier is responsible for delivery. We do not insure packages - if you would like your order insured, please request this when you check out.
Return Policy
Unused products can be exchanged or returned for a refund for up to 28 days after purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Before you send the package back, please contact us for a Return Order Code which then needs to be included in your returned package. Please note that embroidered items and special orders ourside our normal range cannot be returned.
